Our departure platform is accessible directly from the blue ski slope Pavane, which runs from Aime 2000 to Plagne Centre.
Stay on the left-hand side of the slope and look out for our flags and chalet.
We also recommend using the Skiif app, where our departure is marked as Super Tyro.
You can ride the zipline with your skis or snowboard securely attached to your back.

Yes. Free public parking is available at road level opposite the Les Hauts Bois Residence, both in winter and summer.
The SuperTyro departure is a short walk downhill from the parking area to our chalet. Good footwear is recommended, especially in winter; the path is gravel in summer, so flip-flops are not suitable. Follow the signs and flags to the chalet.

In many cases, yes. However, participants must be able to understand and follow safety instructions during take-off and throughout the flight. For example, they will need to change their head position or follow instructions while in the air.
As we cannot physically assist or control a participant once they are in flight, they must be able to respond to instructions independently to ensure their safety.

The Super Tyro is designed to be ridden in an upright position, with your body supported by the harness. Our is not designed for a horizontal or “Superman” position.
Yes! You’re welcome to film your ride and take a video, as long as a few safety rules are followed.
For safety reasons, your hands must stay on the handlebars throughout the ride. Phones held in the hand or attached with wrist, hand or neck straps, as well as magnetic camera attachments, are not permitted.
GoPro and 360° cameras are welcome if they:
Extendable camera sticks for GoPro or 360° cameras are allowed, provided they are securely attached to your wrist with a safety strap.
Helmet-mounted cameras are allowed only on your own helmet and must be securely mounted with a secondary safety attachment. Adhesive mounting alone is not sufficient.
Chest mounts are allowed but not recommended, as the camera mainly points towards the carabiners and pulley rather than the scenery.
If a child is participating, one responsible adult must remain with them at the departure platform until they have launched.
If you’d like to film from the arrival, please arrange for another adult to stay with your child.

If you’re arriving on skis, our ski-carrying system is worn like a backpack. In that case, we’ll simply use a different attachment method for your skis if necessary.

If you’re unable to take part due to an injury, we’ll refund your booking upon presentation of a medical certificate.
If your booking includes multiple participants, we can only refund the injured person’s place. The remaining members of the group are still welcome to take part in the activity as planned.
